Developing the brand naming and strategy for KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) in Saudi Arabia presents several challenges. Secondly, establishing a consistent brand identity across various platforms and media channels to maintain positive brand equity is essential yet complex. Another challenge is differentiating KAFD from other mixed-use developments in the region to create a unique and memorable brand position. Additionally, aligning the brand strategy with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of economic diversification and boosting non-oil exports is imperative, requiring strategic communication and alignment with national objectives. Overcoming perceptions and misconceptions related to the rapid development and modernization within Saudi Arabia can also pose a significant hurdle, necessitating transparent and authentic branding efforts.

What We Did

We developed the brand naming and strategy for KAFD by first identifying potential brand associations and conducting comprehensive research and benchmarking against similar brands. This process helped us create a brand name that resonates with the target audience and aligns with KAFD's vision. We then crafted a robust brand strategy focused on maintaining brand consistency, building positive brand equity, and enhancing KAFD's reputation across all channels.
